While working together, we could get to the core of what is behind any unhealthy coping mechanisms/tools & patterns, learn new healthy coping mechanisms/tools to change your previous unhealthy behavior & thought patterns, and aid with discovering how to live your true authentic self & life with renewed confidence. I have supported people find clarity & insight and embrace self acceptance (esteem, worth, & advocacy) on their journey of self discovery by teaching new ways to cope with immediate stressors, and process core issues & trauma, and etc. Over the past decade, I have worked with a variety of clients including children, teens, adults, and families from different cultures, lifestyles, experiences, ethnicities, socio-economic backgrounds, and LGBTQIA+ individuals. I am a sex positive therapist who is sex worker friendly and kink aware. By creating a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can express your thoughts and feelings, we can work together in individualized therapy towards your deeper personal growth & wellness journey.
